Standard warranty is 3 years, with 5-year warranty available for premium product grades. In the event of a quality issue, we conduct root-cause analysis and provide a practical corrective action plan. Resolution typically includes replacement units, spare parts, or credit -- agreed based on the nature and scale of the issue.
