Every unit leaving our Shenzhen facility passes through a structured, multi-stage quality system -- from incoming materials to final outgoing inspection -- so you receive exactly what you approved.

End-to-End Quality Flow

From Raw Material to Shipment -- Every Step Controlled

Our quality system follows a structured four-gate model. Each gate has defined acceptance criteria, and no batch advances until it passes.

Incoming Inspection (IQC)

All raw materials and components are verified against approved specifications before entering production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned.

In-Process Control (IPQC)

QC personnel monitor critical assembly steps in real time. Sampling checks are performed at defined intervals to catch deviations before they propagate through the batch.

Finished Product Testing (FQC)

Completed units undergo photometric, electrical, and safety testing. Lumen output, CCT, CRI, power factor, and IP rating are verified against the approved sample and spec sheet.

Outgoing Inspection (OQC)

Before packaging and shipment, a final AQL-based sampling inspection confirms appearance, labeling, packaging integrity, and quantity accuracy. Shipment is only released after OQC sign-off.

Incoming Material Inspection

Nothing Enters Production Without Verification

Inconsistent raw materials are the most common root cause of batch-to-batch variation. Our IQC team verifies every incoming shipment against pre-approved specifications before materials are released to the production floor.

LED Chip Verification

Flux, CCT, CRI, and forward voltage checked against approved bin specifications.

Driver & Power Supply Testing

Input/output parameters, PF, THD, and surge protection validated before use.

Housing & Mechanical Parts

Dimensional checks, surface finish, and material compliance (RoHS/REACH) confirmed.

Quarantine & Return Protocol

Non-conforming lots are tagged, isolated, and returned to suppliers with documented NCRs.

Visual and AOI inspection of solder quality, component placement, and polarity at the PCB stage.

Fastener torque and gasket seating verified for IP-rated products to ensure ingress protection integrity.
